Monday – Thursday: 4:30 am, 5:15 am, 6:00 am, 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 4:00 pm, 4:45 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:15 pm, and 7:00 pm
Friday: 4:30 am, 5:15 am, 6:00 am, 6:45 am, 7:30 am, 8:30 am, 4:00 pm, 4:45 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:15 pm
Saturday: 6:00 am (45 min. workout), 7:00 am, 7:45 am, 8:30 am, and 9:15 am (45 min. workout)
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results.
