As a woman that has been overweight all my life I needed to find an outlet not only to help with nutrition but also a fitness routine. I would golf 4-5 times a week but came home and the couch was my friend.

After a few months at Fit Body Forever, my energy level began to increase and although I haven’t lost a great amount of weight, my body is more toned and clothes fit so much better.

I could walk up steps carrying groceries, carry a jug of cat litter in each hand, start and cut grass with a push mower, get up and down from the floor without the aid of another person or object, etc.

The encouragement and motivation here is great! It makes exercising so much easier. Five years and 2 knee replacements later I’m still enjoying at least 3 Fit Body Forever workouts per week, mainly via zoom, which has been a great addition to this program!
