After a few months at Forever Fit, my energy level began to increase and although I haven’t lost a great amount of weight, my body is more toned and clothes fit so much better.
I could walk up steps carrying groceries, carry a jug of cat litter in each hand, start and cut grass with a push mower, get up and down from the floor without the aid of another person or object, etc.
The encouragement and motivation here is great! It makes exercising so much easier. Five years and 2 knee replacements later I’m still enjoying at least 3 Forever Fit workouts per week, mainly via zoom, which has been a great addition to this program!
I’ll be 81 this summer and still able to maintain an active life living in the country. This entails getting the garbage and recycling bins out the lane to the road every week, as well as looking after a huge house, yard, flower beds and 4 cats!
Just over a year ago, I became interested in virtual walking challenges and have been all over the world! I can walk for 90 minutes or more outdoors and am gradually building up to 30 minutes on my newest piece of exercise equipment, a treadmill!
I look forward to the workouts as they are fun to do and everyone is so positive and friendly! Forever Fit exercises have continued to help increase my strength and stamina.
